When Premium makes more sense than Pro

Premium pays off once your portfolio grows beyond 100 units or your company has requirements a fixed plan doesn't cover, such as single sign-on or response times written into the contract. Until then, CIRO Pro covers 50 units, and you can add up to 50 more for €1 per unit and month.

How your inquiry works

We put a Premium proposal together with you, because scope, roles and response times look different for every portfolio. There is no price list for it, but there is a fixed process.

  1. You send the form above with the number of units you manage and what your company needs, for example single sign-on or audit logs.
  2. Within one business day, a named contact on our sales team gets back to you with a proposal.
  3. If the proposal fits, we import your portfolio from Excel or your current software and train your team in workshops.

Who is responsible for your tenants' data

Your company remains the controller of your tenants' data, and CIRO processes it on your behalf. We put this in a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, which sets out the safeguards and your rights to give instructions and to carry out audits. The data is stored encrypted on servers in the EU. How we handle data ourselves is described in the privacy policy.

With these tools your team brings data over from Excel or your current software. Even if our team moved your portfolio over for you, you use them to add later properties yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Your data is stored in compliance with the GDPR, AES-256 encrypted, on servers in the EU. Only you and the people you explicitly give access can reach it. CIRO staff only see your data if you ask our support team for help. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Yes. Every document is stored encrypted on servers in the EU and backed up daily. Your tenants only see a file while you share it, and people who co-manage your account only get the permissions you give them. You can delete your documents at any time.

Hausmaister only accesses the data in your own account. The AI behind it runs on servers in the EU, and your data is not used to train AI models. You can switch it off at any time with the AI switch in the settings.

CIRO Pro includes 50 units, and you can add as many more as you need. If you manage several organizations or a large portfolio with your own team, Premium gives you as many users as your team needs and an AI quota of its own. Get in touch through the Premium inquiry form.

Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV file or the export from your current software: CIRO reads units, tenants and tenancies, and you review and confirm. Import is available on Smart and up; on the Pro plan we can also enter your data for you on request.

Yes, with no minimum term and no fee. If you move to a larger plan, it takes effect immediately and the current month is pro-rated. If you move to a smaller one, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and then CIRO switches you over automatically.
