Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CIRO GmbH, Maischer Str. 10, 85386 Eching, Germany, Phone: +49 176 23433294, Email: markus@ciro.immo) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory. You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website https://www.ciro.immo/widerruf. If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g. by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, you have confirmed that you are aware that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of contract performance, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium reproducing the contract content, including the aforementioned conditions for the early expiry of the right of withdrawal.
