The Bodenrichtwert (standard land value) is an average location-based land value determined by the Expert Committee for Property Values at least every two years. It refers to the price per square metre of land and takes into account location, development status, and type of use. In Bavaria, standard land values can be accessed via the BORIS Bayern portal.
